🗓️ Black Friday is in 31 days (Fri, Nov 27, 2026)
Email is still the cheapest sales channel a small store has during Black Friday week. While ad prices peak, an email to people who already know you costs close to nothing. The problem is writing a dozen of them in November. Below is the exact sequence we use in the Black Friday Profit Kit, with timing for a sale that runs Fri, Nov 27 – Mon, Nov 30, 2026, plus two complete templates you can copy today.
You don't need to send all 14. If you're short on time, emails 1, 4, 7, 8, 11 and 12 do most of the work. Here's the full plan:
| # | Email & timing | Subject line |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Early access sign-up (Nov 9–12) | Want first pick this Black Friday? |
| 2 | Story / how the sale works (Nov 16–18) | How we're doing Black Friday this year |
| 3 | Gift guide (Nov 19–21) | Gift ideas under $[PRICE 1], $[PRICE 2] and $[PRICE 3] |
| 4 | Early access opens (VIP segment, Nov 23–25) | You're in: early access starts now |
| 5 | Early access reminder (VIP non-buyers, 24h later) | Your early access ends [DAY] |
| 6 | Thanksgiving (Thu, Nov 26) | Thank you, [NAME] |
| 7 | Black Friday launch (Fri, Nov 27, morning) | It's live: [OFFER] |
| 8 | Black Friday evening (non-openers) | In case you missed it this morning |
| 9 | Small Business Saturday (Sat, Nov 28) | Today, a small business says thanks |
| 10 | Best-sellers (Sun, Nov 29) | What everyone's ordering this weekend |
| 11 | Cyber Monday launch (Mon, Nov 30, morning) | Cyber Monday: [OFFER] |
| 12 | Last call (Mon, Nov 30, ~4 hours before end) | Ends at [END TIME]: last call |
| 13 | Thank you (Dec 1–2, buyers) | Thank you for your order |
| 14 | Review request (7–10 days after delivery) | How's your [PRODUCT]? |
Send this in the second week of November. Its only job is to get people onto a VIP list, so that when the sale opens you have a warm segment that buys first. It deliberately doesn't reveal the discount.

You'll get one email when early access opens. That's it.

Shoppers are tired of fake countdowns and inflated "was" prices. A short, plain explanation of your offer builds trust and answers questions before they reach your inbox.

Hi [NAME],
Quick note on how our Black Friday will work this year:
No fake countdowns, no "prices" that were never real. Just our real prices, lower for a few days.
Early-access members get in on [EARLY DATE]. Not on the list yet? [LINK]

Replace every [BRACKET] first, then paste the email into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with a prompt like: "Rewrite this email in the voice of [STORE], a [DESCRIPTION] brand. Keep it under 120 words, keep every fact and date exactly as written, and don't add urgency that isn't in the original." The last instruction matters: AI tools love to invent scarcity, and invented scarcity is how small stores get into trouble.
Know how deep your discount can go. A 30% offer that sells twice as many units can still make you less money once fees, shipping and ad costs come out. Our discount calculator guide walks through the math, and the 2026 marketing calendar shows when each email should go out.
The Black Friday Profit Kit 2026 has all 14 emails with full bodies and send dates, 16 SMS texts, 30 social captions, Google & Meta ad copy, 40 AI prompts, the 6-week checklist and an 8-tab profit calculator (Excel / Google Sheets).
🚀 Launch price: $19 for the first week, through Sun, Nov 1. It goes to $39 after Nov 1.
