These terms apply to purchases of the Black Friday Profit Kit 2026 ("Kit") sold by LUSRODRI, LLC ("we"). By buying, you agree to them.
The Kit is a downloadable set of digital files (spreadsheet, documents and PDFs). Nothing physical is shipped. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Solo: one business may use and edit the files for its own stores. Agency: you may use and adapt the files for unlimited clients and deliver edited versions to them. Neither license allows reselling, sharing or redistributing the Kit itself.
The Kit is a planning and copywriting tool. We don't guarantee any sales, profit or advertising result. The compliance guide is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
